The core loop

  1. Train — push-ups at any station grant Strength. Rep speed depends on your arms; rep value depends on your material multiplier and boost bubbles.
  2. Lift — walk to a cube and play the lift minigame. The cube lists a recommended strength; success pays Cash.
  3. Buy — Cash buys push-up time upgrades, better arms, movement speed and luck.
  4. Roll — chests sell material rolls that multiply every future push-up.
  5. Push outward — heavier cubes sit further out; the map ends at the Final Cube.

See how to get strength fast for the math behind each step.
